About This Product
HIP SEAT + BABY CARRIER: This is a unique 2 in 1 product with both Hip Seat and Baby Carrier. The Baby carrier comes with a detachable hip seat which can be used separately or together with the carrier. The "only hip seat" mode is useful for 4-6 months old and for shorter duration. The " complete hip seat plus carrier" mode is useful from 6 months to 2 years age and for longer duration usage.
MEDITIVE baby carrier bag is made from premium quality fabric and comes with padded shoulder and waist straps. This baby carry sling is compatible for maximum 36 inches waist size for parents. If the waist size of parent is more, then this is not suitable.
4 carrying position modes: Front Facing In, Front Facing outside, Kangaroo back carry and Cross arm side carry (only Hip Seat) . Extra padded shoulder straps and a supportive waist belt evenly distributes the weight of the child. The fabric is machine washable. The baby carrier includes a hood which can be used to cover infants head as needed.
Instructions to Use: When trying the baby carrier for the first time, do it wihtout making the baby sit into it, once you understand the steps , then try it with the baby. Also it is advisable to take the help from another person to fasten the buckles when using for the first few times. Always wear the waist belt first, sit down comfortably, and then gently place your baby into the seat. Never attempt to make the baby sit into the carrier while standing until you are fully experienced with the adjustments.
Troubleshooting Baby’s Comfort: If your baby seems fussy or uncomfortable, first check the waist belt. It should be worn high on your torso (near the belly button), not on your hips. Ensure no straps are pinching the baby's legs or arms, and check that their weight is centered on the cushioned hip seat rather than hanging by the straps. It is normal for babies to cry during their first few tries as they adjust to the new sensation. Once the baby is secured, get moving immediately. A brisk walk or gentle swaying mimics the womb’s motion and usually settles a baby within seconds.
